Enrolment Process
Information which the parent/guardian is required to bring to the enrolment interview includes:
- Completed enrolment form—Enrolment package (PDF, 4.5MB)
- An original of your student’s Birth Certificate
- Current Medicare card
- School Reports and NAPLAN results, if your child was enrolled in a non-government school
- Name and contact details of two emergency contacts who do NOT reside with the student
- Any details of the student’s disabilities and administration of medication.
Enrolment is welcome at any time throughout the year. An enrolment appointment may be arranged by contacting the school office. Please note that completion of student timetables and preparation of classes will usually mean a delay of at least one working day before a student can start classes.
First day procedures
Students in all year levels will firstly attend Assembly. Afterwards they will be divided into year levels and allocated Roll Group Classes. Time will then be taken to disseminate information regarding school policies and procedures. For example:
- marking rolls/roll check
- student planners
- school routines, uniform, and behaviour management
- assessment, assignments and homework
- explanation of timetables.
